Still personalizing every LinkedIn message by hand?
What this task does
You run this task with Incredible to send personalized LinkedIn messages to selected 1st-degree connections. A finished run gives you sent messages in LinkedIn and an on-screen report of sends, replies and exclusions.
The problem
Sales reps, recruiters and founders can spend hours copying names, companies and roles into LinkedIn messages by hand. Checking every conversation before a follow-up adds more repetitive work and risks contacting someone who has already replied.
The solution
The task handles outreach and engagement by reading recipient data from Google Sheets, filtering existing LinkedIn connections and filling each message with the right details. It sends messages one at a time, checks for replies before follow-ups and produces a clear send report.

How it works, step by step
- Install Incredible. Get the Incredible desktop app for Mac or Windows and drag it into your Applications folder. You only do this once.
- Press fn and say what you want. Hold the fn key and say it in your own words: “Send personalized LinkedIn messages to these first-degree connections”. Release the key, and Incredible gets to work.
- Incredible reads Google Sheets and works in LinkedIn. You watch Incredible read the recipient list in Google Sheets, check each profile in LinkedIn, fill the message fields, apply exclusions and send each message one at a time.
- Your LinkedIn send report is ready on screen. The report shows messages sent, replies and recipients removed from a sequence, with the reason for each removal. Sent messages and replies remain in your LinkedIn inbox.
Frequently asked questions
How can I send personalized LinkedIn messages automatically?
Incredible can send personalized messages to selected 1st-degree LinkedIn connections one at a time. It fills message fields with details such as name, company and role, applies exclusions and checks for replies before follow-ups.
Can I send LinkedIn messages from a Google Sheets list?
Yes. Incredible reads the supplied recipient list in Google Sheets, verifies the profiles are 1st-degree LinkedIn connections and uses the available details to personalize each message.
Does Incredible stop LinkedIn follow-ups after a reply?
Yes. Before each follow-up, Incredible checks the LinkedIn inbox for a reply from that person. If it finds one, it removes the recipient from the sequence and leaves the conversation for you to answer.
What happens when LinkedIn personalization data is missing?
Incredible flags messages when a name, company, role or other field is missing or reads badly. You can fix or exclude those recipients, and no message is sent with an unfilled merge field visible.
Is automatic LinkedIn messaging safe for my account?
No automation tool can guarantee that your LinkedIn account will be safe. LinkedIn prohibits automated access and may restrict or ban accounts it detects using automation. Sending at a human pace can lower the risk, but it does not remove it.
What does a LinkedIn message sending report include?
The report shows how many messages were sent, how many people replied and who was removed from a sequence. It also gives the reason for each removal.
Does Incredible use my LinkedIn data for training?
No. Customer data is not used to train Incredible.
