## How it works, step by step

1. **Install Incredible.** Get the Incredible desktop app for Mac or Windows and drag it into your Applications folder. You only do this once.

2. **Press fn and say what you want.** Hold the fn key and say it in your own words: “Extract these Instagram posts and save the content and comments to CSV”. Release the key, and Incredible gets to work.

3. **Incredible reads each public Instagram post.** Incredible opens each supplied link in Instagram, reads the post and comments, writes the linked rows, and opens both CSVs in Google Sheets to check them.

4. **Your linked CSVs are open in Google Sheets.** The posts CSV holds post content, media, and engagement data, while the comments CSV holds comment details linked by post shortcode. Both files are saved in Downloads and opened in Google Sheets.
